一､个人简介

余琰，管理学(会计学)博士，毕业于北京大学。现任bwin必赢教授、硕士生导师。2014年至今讲授会计学、财务管理、财务研究理论等课程。研究方向包括资本市场定价､风险投资､公司金融与企业创新等｡先后主持国家自然科学基金面上及青年项目，参与自然科学基金项目、国家社科基金和教育部人文社科项目多项。已在《经济研究》、《金融研究》、《Journal of Business Finance & Accounting》、《Emerging Markets Finance and Trade》、《International Review of Finance》等SSCI/SCI/CSSCI期刊发表论文，并任多个国内外权威期刊匿名审稿人，同时担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家。社会兼职方面，本人现为中国商业会计学会学术委员会委员、中国会计学会财务成本分会理事｡

Introduction

Yu Yan, PhD in Management (Accounting), graduated from Peking University. He is currently a professor and master's supervisor at the School of Business of Beijing Technology and Business University, where he has been teaching accounting, financial management, financial research theory and other courses since 2014. His research interests include capital market pricing, venture capital, corporate finance and corporate innovation, etc. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and youth projects, and participated in a number of NSFC, NSFC and Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences projects. He has published in Economic Research (in Chinese), Financial Research (in Chinese), Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, International Review of Finance, and other SSCI/SCI/CSSC journals. /He has also served as an anonymous reviewer for a number of authoritative journals both in China and abroad, and as an assessment expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). As for part-time jobs, I am currently a member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Business Accounting Institution and a director of the China Accounting Association's Finance and Cost Branch.
