Feng Yingru was born in 1972, holds a master's degree and is an associate professor of Business School, Beijing Technology & Business University. The main courses will be hospitality industry management, business etiquette, etc. The research direction is tourism enterprise management and service quality management.

Works and papers include "A Brief Discussion on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Tourism E-commerce Development in China", "On the Planning and Marketing of Tourism Theme Activities", and "6 σ and Quality Management of Hotel Service", "Research on the Development of Capital Exhibition Industry", "Preliminary Exploration of Hotel Business Guest Marketing", "Mistakes and Strategic Form Selection of Chinese Hotel Enterprise Strategic Management".

Seven papers include“ Study on the Relationship between Corporate Governance Structure and Performance Evaluation of Public Family Business ”，“A study of tourism demand modeling and forecasting based on the method of information dissemination mechanism ”were published in the collection of international academic conferences and were included by ISTP, ISSHP. She have authored more than 10 books, including "Globalization Perspective: Hotel Operations and Management", "Liquor Sales and Management", and "Research and Exploration of the Tourism Market", with over 1.3 million words. She have hosted and participated in more than 10 projects, such as "Innovative Research on Market Development and Organizational Structure Reform of New Yuanhang Investment Development Co., Ltd.".

On the social work, she is a designated hotel evaluation expert at conferences such as the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, and Beijing. She have provided consulting and training services for large state-owned enterprises such as Sinoma International and China Railway, as well as tourism related industries and institutions such as China Science and Technology Hall, Beijing International Club, Jingfeng Hotel, and Wangfu Hotel.
