   Dr. Xiaoran Tian is an assistant professor and the Executive Director of International Program at Business School, BTBU. Dr. Tian graduated from Plymouth University in 2014 with a PhD degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Her current work focuses on the Chinese market, social media marketing, retailing, consumer behaviour and service sector. Dr. Tian teaches the modules of the principle of marketing (in English) for bachelor and MBA students, Service Marketing (in English) for the international MBA students and the Chinese market (in English) for exchange students.
