Brief introduction:
This report presents a specific theory which utilizes quantitative methods for good management and good international cooperation: Negotiation Engineering. Following theoretical illustrations, two cases are presented as application examples, they are the Switzerland – EU Transport Agreement, and the Iran – P5+1 Nuclear Talks. This shows that scientific methods can be of great value in real world management.
