On the afternoon of December 20, the final academic lecture of this semester organized by the MPAcc Center of the Business School was held in Room 410 of the First Classroom Building. Xue Gui, Deputy General Manager of the Financial Business Department of China Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd. and Deputy General Manager of Guoxin Capital Co., Ltd. was the keynote speaker and Liu Ting, Executive Director of MPAcc Center hosted this event. The theme of the lecture was “Cultivation and Improvement of the Leadership of Financial Staff”. Students from related majors and programs such as MPAcc and MBA participated in this event.
Based on the theme of this lecture, Mr. Xue stated the changes in financial staff’s focus, functions, and roles, the new capability requirements, and the coping strategies to achieve. Drawing from his own experience, he shared practical tips with students.
