    On November 21 2018, the final round of the 2018 Startup Mock Interview Contest was held in the mock court.

    Li Jian, Founder and Chairman of XinLaDao Group, Chen Kai, Teacher of the Department of Logistics, Zhang Zhiwei, Consultant and Director of the Northern Region of Wisdom Assessment, and Lu Qiang, Teacher of the Department of Logistics were in attendance as judges for the eight contestants who entered the final round.

    The first part of the contest was a resume presentation, where the contestants showed their resumes and answered the moderator’s questions. After the eight contestants finished the presentation, the four judges made comments and gave their scores. Then, there was a leaderless group discussion session, in which the eight contestants discussed the on-site issues before finally deciding on the common issues to report. Contestants expressed their viewpoints in the discussion, resolved differences, and reached a consensus.

    Both the contestants and the audience gained valuable experience during the two hours of the contest.
