Dalian Polytechnic University School of Management to business school research exchange

On the afternoon of November 16, Sun Xiaolin, Director of the Department of Business Administration; Li Jianbo, Faculty Member from the same department; Wang Jinting, Director of the Department of Logistics Management; Qu Xiaoyu, Faculty Member from the Department of Logistics Management; and Yu Shu, Faculty Member from the Department of Human Resources Management at Dalian Polytechnic University visited our school. Professor Deng Chunping, Director of the Department of Business Administration; Cui Li, Secretary for the Branch within the Department of Logistics; Zhang Hankun, Deputy Director in Logistics; along with Wang Changbin and Qian Si—Faculty Members from Business Administration—and Dong Tianyi from Accounting participated in this research exchange. The meeting was chaired by Professor Deng Chunping.
        During this investigation and exchange session, Professor Deng Chunping extended a warm welcome to Sun Xiaolin and his delegation on behalf of our college.
        Deng Chunping and Cui Li provided insights into both business administration's development trajectory and logistics management's professional characteristics respectively. Other faculty members shared foundational information as well as distinctive practices related to their respective fields—focusing particularly on digital transformation in business contexts, strategic planning for professional development, talent training initiatives, graduation internships and employment opportunities—as well as essential data regarding cooperative education experiences.
        Ms. Sun Xiaolin expressed gratitude towards Business School for its hospitable reception and insightful experience sharing while introducing key aspects concerning her department’s structure at Dalian Polytechnic University’s School of Management—including interdisciplinary features—and exchanged valuable insights regarding personnel training systems, curriculum design within disciplines such as practical teaching methodologies.
        This survey fostered enhanced communication between both institutions while generating innovative ideas surrounding business digital transformation strategies alongside talent cultivation efforts in education delivery methods as well as discipline construction.
