Business School Successfully Holds the 5th National Supply Chain Competition Beijing Technology and Business University Campus Selection

In active response to the national policy guidance on promoting supply chain innovation and application, the Business School successfully hosted the 5th National Supply Chain Competition Beijing Technology and Business University Campus Selection from March 29 to April 5, 2024. This competition not only demonstrated the proactive role of the Business School in the digital transformation of business disciplines but also provided valuable practical training opportunities for professional talents in the field of supply chain management.


The competition attracted 16 teams from various majors to actively register, covering multiple fields such as supply chain management, logistics management, and accounting, fully showcasing the interdisciplinary integration and comprehensive advantages of the Business School. The competition relied on the advanced platform provided by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, allowing participants to enhance their professional qualities and comprehensive abilities through simulated real business operation scenarios.


The competition process included three stages: practice matches, group knockout matches, and campus advancement matches. Participants were required to simulate the operation of a company for 6 to 12 months, thoroughly testing their strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk control abilities. After fierce competition, 8 outstanding teams stood out and successfully advanced to the campus advancement matches.


In the campus advancement matches, participants demonstrated extraordinary strength and teamwork abilities. After intense competition in the preliminary and semi-final rounds, the team "Little Freshmen" composed of Wang Bo, Kong Haoxin, Wang Kun, and Xin Yue, and the team "Happy Chain Alliance" composed of Shi Yaqin, Si Mashuhui, Sun Junzi, and Liu Zihan, won the championship and runner-up of the competition with their outstanding performance and excellent results. They will represent the school in the national competition to compete with outstanding participants from all over the country.

The successful organization of this competition has not only enhanced the influence and visibility of the Business School in the field of supply chain management but also provided participants with an excellent platform for training and practice. Through participation in the competition, participants have not only honed their professional qualities and teamwork abilities but also strengthened their understanding and passion for supply chain management. At the same time, this competition has fully demonstrated the Business School's active exploration and significant achievements in promoting the digital transformation of business disciplines, injecting new vitality into the future development of the school.
