"Blooming charm, fostering connections, and walking alongside the wise!" From October 1 to 4, 2023, the National Final of the 4th International Business School Speech Challenge was held in Haikou, Hainan Province. Over 100 universities from across the nation’s business schools and management schools participated in this competition. After rigorous selection processes and intense competition, 89 outstanding participants advanced to the national finals.

        Lin Wei, a 2023 MBA student from Business School, excelled in the college selection contest and progressed to the national finals through a competitive process in Beijing. He engaged with academic elites nationwide, learning collaboratively while challenging each other. Following fierce competition, Lin Wei received the "Ziyue Award," while Business School Beijing Technology and Business University earned an "Excellent Organization Award" for its exemplary hosting.

        This year's challenge theme is “Tell Your Story”, Promoting core socialist values and positive energy. With strong conviction and effort, Lin Wei shared his growth story that exemplifies resilience against adversity. He inspired attendees to stand up for their beliefs and pursue their goals despite challenges. His speech showcased the caliber of MBA students at Beijing Technology and Business University while honoring our institution.

        As China's leading cultural competition among business schools, the 4th International Business School Speech Challenge includes nine divisions: Beijing, Shanghai, Central Region, Southwest Region, Nanjing, Xi'an, Tianjin-Hebei, Northeast, and South China. The Beijing Division is organized by Minzu University of China's School of Management.
        During this final event, the contestants delivered engaging speeches on personal growth, intellectual pursuits, in entrepreneurship & innovation, and social welfare. Their presentations garnered enthusiastic applause from attendees and sparked widespread online discussion.
