On September 28, 2023, key members of the Academy's International Accreditation team discussed AMBA & BGA initiatives. Vice President Wang Nan, Administrative Director Zhao Pin, Deputy Director Tian Xiaoran, Director Chen Xingyi, and Zhang Yaoyao participated online.
        During the meeting, Vice President Wang Nan reviewed the status of international certification projects. She stressed the need for establishing an international certification reference room, improving facilities, and acquiring necessary equipment per accreditation standards. Relevant expenses must be documented; special funds should be requested through central administration.
        Directors Chen Xingyi and Zhang Yaoyao then updated participants on their areas related to international certification projects. The college has defined specifications for its reference room while converting Building 601 at Fucheng Road Campus into a high-standard facility for expert evaluations. Each department head is responsible for preparing self-assessment reports ahead of upcoming assessments.
        In a collaborative discussion segment, participants examined project progress and identified challenges. As they work towards achieving accreditation goals, attention to detail is crucial for compliance with standards. Additionally, interdepartmental cooperation must be strengthened to ensure successful project execution.
        Finally, Vice President Wang Nan summarized key points from the meeting and outlined expectations for future work phases. She emphasized raising staff awareness regarding urgency and accountability in pursuing international certification objectives while encouraging enhanced communication across departments.
