To deepen the standardized and scientific construction of party branches and enhance the quality of party building work in the college, in accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Plan for the 2023 Annual Primary Party Building Performance Evaluation and Assessment Work of the Beijing Technology and Business University Party Committee," on March 1, the Business School Party Committee convened the 2023 Annual Performance Evaluation Meeting for Teachers' Party Branch Secretaries. Party committee members and secretaries of the teachers' party branches attended the meeting, which was chaired by Fu Shi Lun, the Party Committee Secretary of the college.

Each party branch secretary reported on three aspects: the main duties performed, existing problems and corrective measures, and the work plan for the next steps. They introduced the main practices of party building work, highlighted how the branch secretaries grasped party building, summarized the characteristics, highlights, achievements, and current issues of the branch work, and focused on the key party building work of the school and college in 2024. They proposed specific ideas and measures from aspects such as strengthening theoretical learning, innovating branch work methods, and deeply integrating party building with business work.

At the meeting, Secretary Fu Shi Lun commented on the work of each branch one by one according to the "one report and one review" method. He fully affirmed the effectiveness of the party branch secretaries in party building work, pointed out the existing problems and future directions, and made specific suggestions.

Party Committee Secretary Fu Shi Lun pointed out that the performance evaluation meeting for party branch secretaries is not only a platform for summarizing and exchanging party building work of the branches but also a process for the branch secretaries to plan work and improve their quality and capabilities. He introduced the key party building work of the college this year and put forward requirements for the next step of party branch construction, emphasizing that each branch should closely focus on the development goals set by the school's third party congress and clarify the party building tasks and serve the overall development of the school and college. Secretary Fu pointed out that the college is currently at a critical juncture of applying for a Doctor of Accounting program and a Master of Auditing program, while also facing the continuous advancement of digital transformation, intelligent accounting and auditing construction, and international certification, among other disciplinary development issues. Each branch should strengthen the integration of party building work with disciplinary construction, deeply integrate party building work with the development of the college, and lead the development of the cause with party building.

First, carry out theoretical learning and practical activities in a solid manner. Understand the

requirements of party building work and the training of digital transformation talent in business, strengthen research and investigation, and improve the positioning of work.

Second, unite and enhance organizational advantages. Innovate work forms, strengthen work collaboration, enhance organizational vitality, fully mobilize teachers' enthusiasm to participate in the development of the college, gather positive energy, gather people's hearts, and plan for development. Play the pioneering and exemplary role of party members in the application process for the Doctor of Accounting and Master of Auditing programs.

Third, adhere to the right and innovate, and strengthen publicity. Each branch should refine its characteristics, improve the level of party building work, highlight the publicity of disciplinary development and party building work, and create a distinctive brand of the branch. Promote the comprehensive reform of the "big ideological and political course" and precise ideological and political work, and grasp the "three-dimensional education" work.

Fourth, focus on the central work of the college and school and exert precise efforts. In the period of rapid development of the school and college, focus on the top ten key tasks of the school this year and the key work of the college, accelerate research, refine steps and measures, organize and implement them seriously, and vigorously promote the adjustment of the disciplinary and professional system, the digital transformation of business, and the application for the Doctor of Accounting and Master of Auditing programs, etc., and truly transform the organizational advantages of the party into strong work advantages, and play the role of the fighting fortress of the grassroots party branch.

The college party committee will take the performance evaluation of the party branch secretaries as an opportunity to continue to fully implement the work requirements of grassroots organizations, focus on the center to grasp party building, and lead the high-quality development of the college with high-quality party building.
