On March 25th, the Business School invited renowned alumni and human resources experts to conduct a 2023 Employment Q&A Exchange Meeting for graduate students. The event featured Ding Yi, former Head of Advertisement and Human Resources Administration at Samsung, and Fu Xiaoming (alumni) and Vice General Manager of Ehuatong Technology, Du Bin (alumni), Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Guoji Capital, Guoji Financing, and Guoji Business Factoring, and Qiu Yehong (alumni), Senior Economist at the Head Office of Agricultural Bank of China. The event was organized by the Student Development Association of the Business School, and more than 40 graduate students participated in the Q&A exchange.

The four distinguished guests shared their respective career development experiences and insights. They emphasized the importance of having clear goals, career planning, continuous learning, maintaining a stable mindset, and effectively utilizing technology. Following their presentations, each guest engaged in interactive Q&A sessions with the students.
