In his address, Professor Xie highlighted that financial education must adapt to environmental changes—especially through new technology applications—by fostering students' situational awareness and integrative thinking skills. He advocated for an educational approach that enables students to experience real-world contexts behind theoretical knowledge through experiential learning. Educational institutions should utilize data technologies to simulate professional environments within academic settings so that students can engage with authentic industrial contexts. He emphasized the need for deeper industry-education integration to achieve mutual benefits between enterprises and educational institutions while effectively sharing resources. This collaboration aims to establish a modern digital intelligence education system designed for training high-caliber professionals across various industries.

Guided by the Talent Exchange Service Center under the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce along with several organizations—including the China Association of Business Accounting—the initiative is led by UF Network Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Shanxi Provincial Finance and Taxation College; it represents an integrated social organization formed by higher education institutions, research entities, industry associations, software firms, and information service clusters in China's financial sector.

During this inaugural meeting, attendees reviewed the constitution governing the community while outlining its objectives for 2023-2024. Discussions focused on addressing talent demands in finance/accounting amidst educational reforms driven by digital advancements; topics included training programs centered around digital technology applications in intelligent finance as well as strategies promoting enterprise growth through financial digitization—all aimed at building an integrated community connecting industry needs with educational frameworks.

The National Digital Intelligent Financial Industry-Education Integration Community has established ten specialized working committees; our university will lead initiatives as chairperson for the Education Digitization Working Committee. We aim to leverage this opportunity actively harnessing our resource advantages related to business digitization while facilitating collaborative development across talent cultivation efforts including teaching materials creation along with faculty team enhancement—all directed towards nurturing top-tier talents proficient in digital intelligent finance.
