Visit to BTBU Business School by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich

On November 25, 2019, Professor Michael Ambuehl, Dean of the School of Management Engineering and Economics of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, and his delegation visited the Business School of BTBU. Before the meeting, Dean Michael Ambuehl gave a lecture for MBA and IMBA students of the Business School, which was warmly received and widely praised.


Mao Xinshu, Dean of the Business School briefed the delegation on the relevant progress and future development direction of the Business School in discipline construction and scientific research development in recent years, hoping to build an international cooperation platform between the two universities as soon as possible to promote exchanges and cooperation.


Michael Ambuehl introduced the history and development of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zürich for short) is one of the world’s leading research universities and enjoys the reputation of “the first school of Europe”. Michael Ambuehl said that BTBU is an important international partner of ETH Zürich. The two sides attach great importance to the cooperation and exchanges between the two universities.


Subsequently, Tian Xiaoran, the executive director of the International Exchange and Certification Office of the Business School, had an in-depth dialogue with Michael Ambuehl on MBA courses and scientific research cooperation.
