In order to advance the construction of a first-class business school, on April 16, 2024, Fu Shilun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School, and He Yurun, Dean, led a delegation to Southwest University of Finance and Economics to conduct research and exchange visits to the School of Business Administration and the School of Accounting. They engaged in discussions on academic construction, international accreditation, faculty team, and talent cultivation. Vice Deans Liu Hong, Zhao Chuan, and Xu Xiaofang also participated in the research.

At the School of Business Administration of Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Dean Wang Jue, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Hu Guoping, and Director of the Office Ye Lingyan received our visit. Dean Wang Jue provided a detailed introduction to the basic situation, professional settings, faculty and student scale, national-level courses, and educational teaching achievements of the School of Business Administration. He also emphasized the innovative "1+7+7+1" work framework in academic construction. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on postgraduate enrollment and talent cultivation, international exchanges and business international accreditation, faculty team construction, academic construction, business digital transformation, and digital governance.

At the School of Accounting of Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Party Committee Secretary Liu Xiaobin, Vice Deans Tang Xuesong, Yi Yang, Assistant to the Dean Yang Jijun, Director of the Graduate Teaching Management Office Wang Xu, and Director of the Undergraduate Teaching Management Office Wang Lu Fei received our visit. Secretary Liu Xiaobin introduced the participants on behalf of the School of Accounting and welcomed our visit, providing a detailed introduction to the international exchanges, talent introduction, resource aggregation, management mechanisms, and academic construction of the School of Accounting. Fu Shilun, Secretary of our Party Committee, mentioned that the educational philosophy, management model, talent cultivation, and academic construction of the School of Accounting at Southwest University of Finance and Economics have significant reference value for our school. He also introduced the basic situation and development history of our school through our promotional video. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on international accreditation, talent introduction, and talent cultivation, with the School of Accounting at Southwest University of Finance and Economics providing valuable experience for the advancement of our work based on its own development history.

After the successful conclusion of the research and exchange symposium, our college was invited to visit the Currency Museum and Securities Museum of Southwest University of Finance and Economics. Led by student guides, the college leaders learned about the history of China's currency and securities and visited currency and securities samples, personally feeling the cultural heritage and achievements of Southwest University of Finance and Economics in talent cultivation and management models.

This research and exchange visit deepened our college's understanding of the School of Business Administration and the School of Accounting at Southwest University of Finance and Economics and promoted further cooperation and exchange between our college and the two schools. Through this research, both sides exchanged experiences in academic construction, faculty team construction, talent cultivation, international accreditation, management models, digital transformation, and governance, which are of significant reference value for the advancement of our college's dual first-class construction, talent cultivation, business digital transformation, and the overall high-quality development of the college.
