From November 9 to 10, 2019, the finals of the 2019 “Negotiation China” National College Students’ Business Negotiation Competition was held in the North University of China. More than 70 university teams participated in this competition. With the support of the Business School of BTBU, ten undergraduates formed two teams instructed by Sun Xiaoran from the Business School and Zhu Zhenrong from the Economics School. They worked closely together and won the second and third prizes.

The competition was organised by the National Institute of Industrial Technology. In the past two weeks, the participating students had used their spare time to optimise the case preparation materials, promote themselves and improve their negotiation skills. The good performance in the finals impressed judges and showcased the outstanding talents of BTBU.

In this competition, the team members had the opportunity to exchange ideas with other participants. While obtaining skill and knowledge in business negotiations and the ability to exercise logical thinking, they deepened their understanding of international business negotiations.
