Prof. Yang Haoxiong Won First Prize in the “P&G Logistics Award” by the China Logistics Development Fund

China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing held the “2019 (17th) China Logistics Entrepreneurs’ Annual Conference” in Kunming, Yunnan Province from November 23 to 24, 2019. In order to further promote the development of the logistics industry and accelerate the realisation of the construction goal of “Logistics Power”. The annual meeting awarded the industry leaders and related enterprises who made outstanding contributions to the logistics industry in 2019. Business School Professor Yang Haoxiong’s won first prize in the “2019 P&G Logistics Award” for his class on Food Safety and Regulation of Online Shopping in Beijing.


With the theme of “New Ecology of Smart Supply Chain”, this year’s annual meeting was held to discuss new ideas and paths for innovation and upgrading of the industry and enterprises, with guests from Sinotrans, China Logistics, SF Group, Suning logistics, Meituan Distribution and 400 other logistics enterprises, with more than 100 experts gathering at the annual meeting.


P&G Logistics Award is the pioneering public welfare award fund for the logistics industry in China. Professor Yang Haoxiong’s award fully showcases the strengths of the Business School’s logistics department and its commitment to promoting discipline construction and talent training.
