On March 21, the delegation of the Business School, led by Secretary Fu Shi Lun, visited the Fangshan District Science, Technology, and Cultural Innovation Park for research and exchange. Zhang Yue, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School, Secretary Zhao Jie of the Youth League Committee, and 22 student party members and league members participated in the on-site research of innovation and entrepreneurship education, internship practice bases, e-commerce platform negotiations, and party and league organization co-construction.

The research team visited the Qihui Port Science and Cultural Creative Industrial Park in Fangshan District, and learned in detail about the development status of the industrial park as a public innovation space in Beijing in terms of cultural and creative industries, scientific and technological achievements transformation, and enterprise incubation platforms. Through on-site explanations, live presentations, and other methods, the visiting teachers and students experienced the "green screen" live broadcast room composed of several terminals and the 24-hour live broadcast platform driven by artificial intelligence and big data. They focused on understanding the development achievements and classic cases of Qimi Extraordinary and Po Ke Niao companies in anchor training, entity empowerment, project incubation, technology live broadcasting, entrusted services, and brand management.

After the visit, both parties held a discussion and exchange. Fu Shi Lun briefly explained the purpose of the research and exchange, and introduced in detail the construction and development of the college's professional teachers, talent training, and social services. He expressed the hope that with the strong support of the Science and Technology Cultural Innovation Park, we can actively explore the integration of interdisciplinary and talent training systems under the background of big data-driven, enhance students' social cognition and international vision, make education adapt to social development, cultivate outstanding business talents, and serve the high-quality development of the capital. It is necessary to promote the implementation and incubation of scientific and innovative projects and entrepreneurial projects through the second classroom, and promote market value. Wang Ning, Chairman of the Qihui Port Science and Cultural Creative Industrial Park, warmly welcomed the delegation of the Business School, briefly introduced the basic situation, development status, and future planning of the park, and said that the innovation park has gathered innovative element resources in recent years, actively promoted transformation and upgrading, and created the "Qihui Port" operation and incubation brand in Fangshan District. The current industrial goals are in line with the high-quality economic development, and an innovative incubator with leading and exemplary effects is being built. It is hoped that we can deepen the integration of production and education, and college-enterprise cooperation with the college to help cultivate new business talents for the college.

Preliminary cooperation intentions have been reached in terms of internship employment, entrepreneurial projects, party organization co-construction, and rural revitalization.

The participating students fully communicated and exchanged ideas on entrepreneurship, project incubation and landing, independent entrepreneurship policies, and career development planning, and expressed that they have benefited a lot.

This research and exchange has deepened the integration of industry and education by going deep into enterprises, established a positive interaction between schools and enterprises, and initially formed a consensus in many aspects such as the training of new business talents, the needs of enterprises for talents, and the growth and talent of students, opening up a win-win situation.
