In line with the 2023 implementation plan for assessing comprehensive strict Party governance (Party building) and political ecological analysis set by the CPC Beijing Technology and Business University Committee, Zuo Min, a member of the Standing Committee of the University Party Committee and Vice President, led the fifth working group on December 21 to conduct dynamic spot checks at Business School regarding comprehensive strict governance of the Party while reviewing their work report. The meeting included participation from all members of business school's leadership team—party branch secretaries, professor representatives, young and middle-aged teacher representatives, counselors, and full-time organizational staff—and was presided over by Gao Lihua, Director of Personnel Department and Minister for Teachers' Work within the Party Committee.

        Fu Shilun, Secretary of College's Party Committee introduced attending college representatives and presented a report covering four key areas: an overview of college operations; leadership in advancing party building; specific initiatives undertaken in party building; along with notable highlights characterizing these efforts. This report summarized achievements made by our university in promoting comprehensive strict governance within our Party framework while advancing party-building initiatives—focusing on deepening reforms alongside facilitating digital transformation within our business department—and addressed critical challenges encountered during rectification processes.

        Dean He Yurun discussed business development through a lens focused on party-building principles while providing insights into strategic plans for accounting specialties declaration process as well as international certification endeavors alongside discipline construction strategies. His presentation outlined future professional growth across both campuses while affirming commitment towards supporting capital development objectives aligned with high-quality institutional advancement.

        After listening to the report, Zuo Min fully affirmed the achievements of the college's party building leading the cause of development, praised the Party Committee of business school for playing a benchmarking role in the cross-integration of party building and business, and hoped to take this opportunity to further grasp the work of grassroots party organization construction, and pointed out: First, the classified development of the school and the construction of digital business interdisciplinary platform provide development opportunities for the development of business school. The school should seize the opportunity, actively seek change, actively respond to changes, make efforts in party building leading career development, disciplinary integration, teaching reform, talent training and other aspects, and accelerate the implementation of various work.     Second, it is necessary to clarify the positioning and development goals of the college, the cross-integration of party building and business, give full play to the role of grassroots party organizations and party members as fighting bastions, and strengthen the top-level design, change lanes and overtake vehicles around the fundamental goal of virtue and cultivating people, and realize the digital transformation of business, professional declaration, and international certification. It is believed that business school will be able to achieve excellent results in the future. Third, it is necessary to plan and promote the high-quality and connotational development of the school based on the requirements of the strategic development of the capital, and do a good job in the political system. Further strengthen overall planning and system construction, take Party building as the guide, strive for excellence in business, and all aspects play the role of flags and benchmarks.

        Subsequently, the inspection team consulted the relevant materials, and had a conversation with the college leadership and participating teachers in accordance with the "Beijing Technology and Business University second-level Party Organization's comprehensive strict Party governance and Political ecological analysis and judgment index System" to further understand the implementation of the College Party Committee's comprehensive strict party governance main responsibility.
