Three A1 papers in foreign languages, including one ABS3*, one JCR District 1, two ESI papers, and one Peking University Core paper, were indexed by Renmin University Press copy materials. All of us are the first author except the tutor. Road to growth
The four years spent in Beijing Technology and Business University are the most precious days in my scientific research road. One year ago, under the guidance of teacher Wang Nan, I graduated successfully. I have just entered the life of my doctoral student. I still recall my previous postgraduate life vividly. The careful guidance of my tutor, the strong academic atmosphere, and the brave attitude of scientific research make my heart of scientific research sprout and take root quickly in this fertile land.
Here are my key insights from graduate school life:
01 Focus on learning, consolidate the foundation
Be sure to stay focused and keep learning to stay on top of the latest research developments and technological advances. Continue to deeply study their own field, as far as possible to accumulate professional knowledge and scientific research experience.
First of all, can stand the bench. For the younger students who have just entered the study of scientific research, it is inevitable that they will encounter various confusion and helplessness in the initial research and study, which will affect our focus on scientific research. At this time, the sharing of learning experience is often an important key to resolving difficulties. Through overcoming difficulties and maintaining focus on learning, the clouds will eventually become brighter.
Secondly, expand the knowledge base. When the research direction is determined, a large amount of knowledge accumulation is inevitable. We need to make the preliminary work solid, in order to carry out their own research after a stronger theoretical foundation.
02 Make a plan and follow through
The research tasks in the doctoral stage are very heavy, and we need to have clear goals and plans, which can help us make full use of time, arrange tasks reasonably, improve work efficiency, and achieve better research results.
First, be careful in your time planning. Scientific research and learning need to ensure that every day and every week can have enough study time, and can strive to complete the fastest and best work in the arrangement and deployment.
Second, the task arrangement is orderly. In scientific research work, we often get stuck in a deadlock, if we continue to maintain the state is undoubtedly a waste of time, we should put down the current work and start another, which will help us open our minds. In addition, multiple tasks may be carried out at the same time, such as selecting research topics, establishing research frameworks, writing, submission and revision, etc., which need to be rearranged according to the priority and difficulty of the task.
03 Stimulate potential, break through self
As a graduate student, we should have a strong desire to learn and explore, to cultivate a positive attitude towards scientific research, and the courage to innovate.
One is the challenge of taking on something new. New things can be problems that have not been touched in scientific research work, such as research topics, research methods, and the level of publication of articles. We should not fall into a fixed mindset. In choosing novel topics for research, integrating new research methods and trying to publish important and successful breakthroughs in English journals for the first time, I have gained a lot of scientific research achievements. I hope my younger and younger students can share this encouragement, dare to challenge and continue to output more excellent results.
One is to constantly improve their own knowledge. If the students who are willing to study for a doctor should also make arrangements early, the choice of master and doctoral continuous study needs to lay a solid foundation in the early stage of the master, in addition, to obtain better scientific research results in order to stand out among many competitors.
I hope that in the future research and study, I will not be afraid of difficulties and setbacks, try new research ideas and methods, constantly break through their academic boundaries, and give full play to their potential.
